  • Staff members from Bowman School register here.
  • Staff from Emerging Minds Montessori Academy use this to register for the conference.
  • Staff for Garden Montessori School registration.
  • Jakarta Montessori School staff registration.
  • Staff members from Montessori Manor register here.
  • Staff members from School District 57 register here.
  • Site license to stream the conference for up to 50 registrations from your school. Please complete this with the information for yourself. Once the fee is paid, each member of your staff will be able to register for the conference. You will receive specific instructions on how to complete registrations. You may pay now by credit card, or choose "Invoice Me" if you require an invoice.
  • Staff registration for The Child Unique Montessori School/Montessori Elementary Intermediate School of Alameda
  • All International Montessori School staff use this to register.
  • Staff members from The Oneness-Family School register here.


25th Annual Montessori Foundation | 

IMC Conference

November 5-7, 2021


You are invited to attend the first major in-person Montessori event in a long time. Our community will once again gather in Sarasota to celebrate our 25th annual conference. 

Can't make it in person? No problem. This event will also be streamed live for everyone who can't join us in Sarasota. 

Our conference team is closely monitoring the situation with COVID in Florida and expects that we will be able to hold the conference in November safely with limited on-site participation.  We have established requirements and protocols that will help mitigate risks. This includes vaccinated presenters and attendees, indoor mask use, and socially distanced meals. Additionally, we offer a live-stream option.  We will continue to update information periodically. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns at conferences@montessori.org.

PLEASE NOTE: Space is limited and we anticipate a very large attendance, so be sure to register early! Early Bird pricing is now available, so act soon before it expires.

Note to schools wishing to pay via a PO: please register each individual, choosing the "invoice me" option, and then contact us to make arrangements for group payment. 

Group Site License: for schools wishing to have their staff participate virtually, we are pleased to offer site licenses for streaming. To take advantage of this, a school representative must choose the Site License on the registration page and complete the form indicating that person's individual information. Payment can be made by credit card, or the "Invoice Me" option can be chosen. The representative will then be contacted with instructions on how to register up to 50 attendees from their school.  

For every 10 registrants from your school, you will receive one free registration. If you are registering more than 10 to attend in Sarasota, please contact us and we will arrange for your free registration(s).    

Cancellation policy: Registration fees will be refunded in full if requested by October 15, 2021. No refunds can be made after that  date.
