Registration

  • Exhibitors will have a 6’ table immediately adjacent to the main room. Exhibitors may set up on Thursday, and the exhibit area will be open from Friday morning through the end of the Saturday program. Please note: meals are not included and may be purchased separately. Fee includes one full admission to all sessions. One additional individual can be registered to work at the exhibit table only for no additional cost (meals may also be purchased for this individual).

  • The Lanyard Sponsor’s logo will be printed on the badge lanyard worn by all in-person attendees throughout the event.
  • All in-person attendees will receive a swag bag with items provided by vendors. The Primary Sponsor’s logo ($600) will be the largest and will be on the top portion of the imprint area.
  • All in-person attendees will receive a swag bag with items provided by vendors. Two sponsor logos will be printed on the bag. The Secondary Sponsor’s logo ($350) will be slightly smaller and will be placed in the second position on the bag.
  • There are two coffee breaks, with one sponsor per break. Signage will be placed prominently around the coffee break area with the sponsor’s logo.
  • Vendors may place an item they provide in the SWAG bag that will be given to all in-person attendees.
  • The meal package offers the following:
    -Lunch on Friday and Saturday
    -Festive Friday night party featuring delicious food and refreshments
    -Coffee breaks on Friday and Saturday

This event has been a popular major gathering of the Montessori community for the last 27 years. It features numerous keynotes, roundtables and breakout sessions, and is well-known for being a highly effective event for networking and sharing by hundreds of Montessorians from across the US as well as internationally.

The event will be held in downtown Atlanta at the Courtland Grand Hotel.  

Exhibit Hall hours:

Thursday, October 24  Set-up: Noon to 6 pm

Friday, October 25  8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Saturday, October 26 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Applying for an Exhibit Space

To apply for a booth, you must fill out this application and provide payment in full. Solely at their discretion, the Montessori Foundation reserves the right to determine what vendors may exhibit. 

Cancellations must be received via email or mail until September 20, 2024. A refund of 50% will be made up to that date. No refunds will be made after that date.

NOTE: Exhibitor registration does not include meals at the conference. You will be given an option to purchase meals after you register.

EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT

I hereby certify to the Montessori Foundation and its representatives that I am fully authorized by the company listed below to bind it to the terms and conditions of this Exhibitor agreement to participate in the Montessori Foundation/IMC annual conference to be held October 24-27, 2024. By applying, I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions as stated in this agreement.

EXHIBITOR TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES

1. General Event Information: The conference listed above, hereafter the “Event,” is being organized by the Montessori Foundation. The Montessori Foundation’s obligation to hold this event is contingent upon the facility in which the event is scheduled to be held providing the space that the Montessori Foundation has contracted on the dates set forth above. The Montessori Foundation makes no representations or guarantees regarding the number of persons who will attend the Event, as these numbers are impossible to predict.

2. Exhibitor Conduct: The Exhibitor agrees to assume all related costs of their registration as outlined in the Prospectus which the Exhibitor acknowledges receipt of, and, as such, agrees to comply with and adhere to all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of the local police and fire department and insurance obligations related to exhibit space where applicable. The Exhibitor and its representatives will not commit any act or permit their guests to commit any act in violation of such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations and promises to immediately stop and correct the causes of any such violations.

3. The Exhibitor is responsible for collecting all payment from any sales during the exhibit show, and is also responsible for full compliance with any local and/or state sales and use tax collection and reporting requirements.

4. Subletting and/or sharing of the virtual booth is not permitted.

5. Cancellation of the Event: Montessori Foundation reserves the right to cancel the Event, in whole or in part, and will notify Exhibitors in writing should this occur. If Montessori Foundation cancels the portion of the Event that affects Exhibitors, the Montessori Foundation will refund the full amount of fees paid by the exhibitor to the Montessori Foundation. 

8. Exhibitor Cancellation: 50% of the Exhibit Fees paid will be refunded, provided that written cancellation is received by the Montessori Foundation by September 20, 2024. There will be no refunds for cancellations after that date.

9. Indemnity and Liability: The Montessori Foundation shall not be held liable for uncontrollable incidents such as fire, strike, natural disasters or terrorists' activities which may cause the Event to be delayed or cancelled. The Exhibitors assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Montessori Foundation and its agents against any and all claims, loss, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses or damage (including attorney fees) arising out of the negligence or willful misconduct of said Exhibitor its agents or employees and/or contractors/vendors contracted by the Exhibitors; and/or the display, use, or sale of any product or item used, displayed, or sold by Exhibitor or its agents or employees at the Montessori Foundation Conference.
